Benefits NEWS You Need!
Who can I call if I have Questions about my Benefits? For answers to any membership or benefit questions, PLEASE DO NOT call Bayer or any other sponsor. Contact IAADP's database coordinator, Tanya Eversole by e-mail at database@iaadp.org
Please remember that all benefits, with the exception of the KVVet Supply's 15% discount must be obtained through your veterinarian, not directly!
Such benefits are for a disabled person's working canine assistant, not for puppies or retired dogs.
Beginning with the November 15, 2005 renewals, IAADP will put a Fort Dodge coupon in each renewal packet. Of course, new member packets include a coupon for the vaccine rebate. However, those who take advantage of the "Renew For 2 Years, Get Your 3rd Year Free" offer will have to take responsibility for getting the coupon in the 2nd and 3rd years of their renewal term, by sending IAADP a self-addressed, stamped envelope with a note requesting the coupon, which we will be happy to send you. Thank you for your cooperation on this.
If you need to name a different dog as your primary assistance dog before your next renewal, so he/she will be eligible for consideration for a VCP grant, other benefits, contact Tanya so she can record this name change in your file in our database.
